Larry was named president and chief operating officer of Apria Healthcare's respiratory and home medical equipment division in 2004. In this role, Larry works closely with the field organization and all functional departments to increase the company's operating efficiencies, productivity and financial performance. In addition to his operational role, he has oversight responsibility for Apria's sales force performance as well.

Larry began his career in homecare in 1984 with Rios Medical as a management trainee. During his 20-plus-year history with Apria and its predecessor companies, he was promoted to progressively more responsible and diverse positions in the field organization, serving as district manager, regional vice president of operations and division vice president of operations in the Northeastern United States.

Prior executive roles include serving as executive vice president of business operations from 1998 to 2001, where he was responsible for transforming Apria's revenue management operation, and as executive vice president of sales in 2001. After serving as president and chief operating officer of TechRx, a pharmacy technology company from 2001 through early 2002, Larry returned to Apria as chief operating officer in 2002, the position he held until being promoted to president and chief operating officer.

Larry received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration in 1984 from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.
