DENTAL PLANS MetLife Standard Dental Plan This individual deductible plan reimburses 100% of eligible preventive services and fillings, 80% of eligible basic services and 50% of eligible major services. MetLife Basic Dental Plan This lower option plan reimburses 90% of eligible preventive services and fillings, 70% of eligible basic services and 40% of eligible major services when services are received from an in-network provider.
