Healthcare supplier Perrigo Company (Nasdaq:PRGO) said on Monday that the company has signed a definitive agreement to sell its Israel Consumer Products business as well as the related production assets in Israel for ILS205m.
The business will be purchased by Emilia Group, a subsidiary of O. Feller Holdings Ltd.
Pursuant to the agreement Perrigo will provide distribution and support services for the related US private label cosmetics business for 12 months after the close of the transaction. Â (USD1=ILS3.78)
